The checklist is 3D printed from bio-degradable plastic (PLA) and is non-toxic to pets and humans. Measuring approximately 6 1/2" tall by 4" wide, its unique design allows the sliders to move easily yet remain in place when checked or unchecked. All parts of the checklist are precisely designed and printed to a tolerance of 0.1 millimeters and are snapped into place. It takes 13 printed parts and 31 vinyl labels to make just one Checklist. The checklist is shipped fully assembled, tested, and ready for use.
